A Mindfulness Moment

This work was a delight to paint.

As I applied paint to canvas, I was transported to the Mediterranean - colour, sun, light.

I wanted to capture the peaceful, reflective, and meditative feelings evoked by this scene.

I hope I have done so, and that the painting evokes these feelings in you too.
